Reference No. 2025-05-129

1. In view of the of the two (2) failed biddings, the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) invites contractors to participate in the negotiation for the Engagement of Consultancy Services for the Retail Electricity Supplier (RES) Business of PNOC;

2. The PNOC intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 1,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the aforesaid provision with the Terms of Reference hereof;

3. The PNOC now invites interested contractors to submit and negotiate initial offer for the abovementioned project on June 10, 2025 (10:00 AM) at the PNOC Bldg. 6, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City or via videoconference;
