Description : 1. The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) (herein after called “Procuring Entity”), through the 2024 GAS FE- HRD fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand pesos (Php622,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Engagement of Consultancy Services of External Certifying Body for the PCA ISO 9001:2015 Certification. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Procuring Entity now calls for the submission of eligibility documents to provide Engagement of Consultancy Services of External Certifying Body for the PCA ISO 9001:2015 Certification. The contract shall be completed within the timeline specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR).
Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual/physical submission on or before August 18, 2025; 10:00am, at the following address:
