Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget (Indicative), has a Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Five Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php2,503,200.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Engagement of Co-Location Service for PNOC EC Disaster Recovery Data Center (Rebid) “Project”. The project duration is one (1) year from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for details.

Proposals including conformed Terms of Reference may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before January 24, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.

Bidders are also required to submit photocopies of the following documents within seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.
