ENGAGEMENT OF A CERTIFYING BODY FOR THE OADR QUALITY
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)

The Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution (OADR) attached agencies of the Department of Justice (DOJ) intends to procure and engage the services of a Certifying Body that will conduct assessment and audit of the OADR QMS as pre-requisite for ISO 9001:2015 Re-Certification within the 2nd to 3rd quarter of 2025 and periodic surveillance audits in accordance with the project documents, R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
The OADR-Bids and Awards Committee calls for the submission of documents for qualified firm interested to bid for the requirement below, to wit:
