1.The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability signed by MAJ MARTIN L FAMADOR JR (CE) PA, AC of S for Financial Management, G10, 52EBde, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment Number 5200-2025-0029 dated 30 January 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 36/100 (PhP7,928,274.36) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of One (1) Unit Ammunition Dump at 10FSSU, ASCOM, PA Camp Evangelista, Cagayan De Oro City under Bid Reference No: ENG-G PABAC3 048-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
