The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability signed by MAJ ELMER L SORIMA (INF) PA, G10, HHSG, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment Number 2500-2025-2026 dated 03 August 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Pesos only (PhP5,175,650.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Material for Repainting of Perimeter Fence and Gates at HPA Complex Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City with Bid Reference No. ENG-G PABAC3 038-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
