1. The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability signed by LTC ABDULHAN O SABDANI JR (CE) PA, AAC of S for Financial Management, G10, 51EBde, PA noted by COLONEL ERWIN R SALIBAD CE (MNSA) PA, Commander, 51EBde, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment Number 5100-2025-0022 dated 20 January 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos (PhP21,399,126.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair and Enhancement of CGSC Building Command Headquarters Offices (Vargas Building) at Fort Andres Bonifacio, Taguig City under Bid Reference No: ENG-G PABAC3 003-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
