1.The Philippine Army, through the Certificate of Funding Chargeability signed by LTC ABDULHAN O SABDANI JR (CE) PA, AAC of S for Financial Management, G10, 51EBde, PA under Advice of Sub-Allotment Number 5100-2025-0102 dated 07 February 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Eight Pesos (PhP12,735,308.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Parachute Simulator Facility for SFR(A), PA at Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija under Bid Reference No: ENG-G PABAC3 002-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
