1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ZAMBOANGA, through the GENERAL FUND (SB1 FY 2024 20% DF LS) intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE & 50/100 PESOS (P919,705.50) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Energization of Sangali Super Health Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
