Description : 1. The LGU Dolores, through the 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P173,400.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2025-08CW-048 Emergency Levee Installation for Riverbank Stabilization and pumping station protection along the Bayaan River (Tineg-Malanas River). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Dolores, now invited bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required in Fourteen(14) calendar days. Bidders should've completed a contract similar to the Project. The Description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bid Documents, particularly in section II.
3. Bidding will be conducted though the open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in RA 9184.
