1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Emergency Go Bag with 2 Logos (Black Pack) for distribution to DRRM Service Providers, Volunteers and Vulnerable Communities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
