INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FILLING MATERIALS

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 1,464,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Embankment of Federation Urban Poor Open Space at Federville, Brgy Rosary Height 11, Cotabato City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Earthfill. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
