EMB-NCB-INFRA-03-2025

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,850,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Enhancement and Rehabilitation of EMB Regional Office 8 4th Floor and Roof Deck at DENR Compound, Jones Ext. Brgy. 2, Tacloban City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
