Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Design and Build for the Enhancement of EMB RO8 Conference Room EMB-NCB-INFRA-02-2025

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental
Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General
Appropriations Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred
Pesos (Php 1,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Design and Build for the Enhancement of EMB
RO8 Conference Room at DENR Compound, Jones Ext. Brgy. 2, Tacloban City.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental
Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII) now invites bids for the
above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within sixty (60)
Calendar Days (CD). Bidders should have completed five (5) years from the date of
