1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 2,249,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Dedicated Vehicle for Transport. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days commencing from the date of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
