1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ten Thousad Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php1,510,999.98) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Commissioning of three (3) units Opacity Meter. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Notice of Award will be issued upon receipt of the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).
2. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
