The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Environmental Management Bureau - Region VIII (DENR-EMB-R VIII), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php6,180,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Laboratory Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
