1. The Schools Division of Vigan City, through the BEFF - Electrification of On-Grid Schools and Installation of Solar Panels of Off-Grid Schools intends to apply the sum of Four Million Sixty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Pesos (4,067,870.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Electrification of Un-Energized Schools and Modernization of Electrical Systems of On-Grid Schools (Batch 25) at Ilocos Sur National High School. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
