Description : General Requirements
A. Mobilization / Demobilization
B. Hauling, handling and lifting of materials
C. Cleaning of working areas and disposal of debris (if any) for final turnover
D. Safety Provisions: safety tools, devices, signages, PPEs, etc.

Project Duration
This project shall be from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) up to the last working day of December 2025. The first visit/preventive maintenance activity shall be started within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of NTP. Any delay beyond the delivery period shall be subject to penalties and charges in accordance with Government Accounting Manual (GAM).
