Section I. Invitation to Bid

EASE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AND SERVICES COMPUTERIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF OVER THE COUNTER SERVICES
(GOODS 2025-014)

1. The Municipality of Tubajon, Province of Dinagat Islands, through the SGLG INCENTIVE FUND 2024 in the amount of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,153,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “EASE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AND SERVICES COMPUTERIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF OVER THE COUNTER SERVICES”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubajon, Dinagat Islands now invites bids for the “EASE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AND SERVICES COMPUTERIZATION AND MODERNIZATION OF OVER THE COUNTER SERVICES”.
