1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) - Regional Office IV-A (PRC RO IV-A) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 with a total amount of One Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 00/100 (Php1,954,535.00) inclusive of all applicable bank and government charges being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) EQUIPMENT under Bid Reference No. ITB No. 2025-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
