Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS FOR CGWCEISC VARIOUS ACTIVITIES FY 2025 (Rebidding)

1. The Philippine Coast Guard- Coast Guard Weapons, Communications, Electronics and Information System Command (PCG-CGWCEISC) through the General Appropriations Fund for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Pesos Only (Php 917,100.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of Meals for CGWCEISC Various Activities FY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard- Coast Guard Weapons, Communications, Electronics and Information System Command (PCG-CGWCEISC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required based on the delivery schedule provided under Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of this Bidding Documents commencing from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
