FOR THE

EARLY PROCUREMENT OF SPECTRUM ANALYZER WITH DIRECTION-FINDING CAPABILITY FOR FREQUENCY MONITORING
(PROCUREMENT/CONTRACT NO. NTCX-EPA-001-2024)

1. The National Telecommunications Commission, Region X (NTC-X), through the National Expenditure Program for 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos (PHP 2,613,450.00) being the proposed Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement of Spectrum Analyzer with Direction Finding Capability for Frequency Monitoring for CY 2025 (Procurement/Contract No. NTCX-EPA-001-2024). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Contract to be awarded shall be subject to:

GPPB Guidelines on the implementation of Early Procurement Activity (GPPB Circular 06-2019) which provides that this contract may only be awarded upon the approval and effectivity of the 2025 GAA or the reenacted budget and the ABC therefore remains without any reduction.
