1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - Regional Office IV-A (PRC RO IV-A) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php 460,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR PRC ROBINSONS DASMARIÑAS AND ROBINSONS STA ROSA SERVICE CENTERS FOR FY 2026 under Bid Reference No. ITB No. 2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
