Early Procurement of Security Services of Metro Kalibo Water District
for CY2026

1. The METRO KALIBO WATER DISTRICT, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (Php12,133,150.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement of Security Services for Metro Kalibo Water District for CY2026 /PB_GD2025-11-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The METRO KALIBO WATER DISTRICT now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Services shall start from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
