Description : The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION (PRC) REGIONAL OFFICE VIII - TACLOBAN, through the 2026 National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement of Security Services (FY 2026) for PRC Regional Office VIII -Tacloban / Invitation to Bid No. 2025-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PRC Regional Office VIII - Tacloban now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within from January 2023 prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below, on or before December 1, 2025, 9:00 AM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
