Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE EARLY PROCUREMENT OF
SECURITY SERVICES FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026

1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - REGIONAL OFFICE VI (PRC RO6), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), the NGA, National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2026 intends to apply the total sum of One Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1,450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement of Security Services for Calendar Year 2026 / ITB No. 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The duration of the contract to bid shall be from February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, subject to the performance evaluation before the end of the contract, based on the prescribed set of performance criteria of PRC RO6.
