Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS GOODS
1) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Nineteen Pesos and Twenty-Eight Centavos (PhP40,859,519.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Goods. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital now invites bids for Procurement of Various
Goods using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) days upon
receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least Two (2) Years
from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description
