EARLY PROCUREMENT FOR THE “RENEWABLE ENERGY: INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS WITH PROVISION OF CCTV CAMERA AND PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT DIVERSION ROAD”

1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the 20% Economic Development Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos and 00/100 (Php 6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “RENEWABLE ENERGY: INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS WITH PROVISION OF CCTV CAMERA AND PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM AT DIVERSION ROAD” with Project ID: Infra-2025-01-013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
