Required number of personnel to render security services is seven (7).

• Four security guards to be assigned at the DEPDev - RDC XI Center, Km. 7, Bangkal, Davao City with four shifts:

- two (2) day-shifts
- two (2) night-shifts

• Three security guards to be assigned at the DEPDev-RDC XI Governance Complex, Regional Government Center, Bago Oshiro, Davao City with three shifts:

- two (2) day-shifts
- one (1) night-shift

DEPDev XI reserves the right to recommend its security personnel, who shall be given preference in the hiring and deployment, subject to their compliance with the required qualifications and specifications.
