EARLY PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES IN PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION-REGIONAL OFFICE I (PRC RO I) AND ITS THREE OFFSITE SERVICE CENTERS FOR FY 2026

1) The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION - Regional Office I (PRC RO I) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) Fiscal Year ( FY) 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 1,659,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Early Procurement for the Provision of Janitorial Services in Professional Regulation Commission-Regional Office I (PRC RO I) and Its Three Offsite Service Centers for FY 2026 under Bid Reference No. ITB No. 2025-11-001 . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
