Description : 1. The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), through the Corporate Budget of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,590,000.00) VAT-inclusive, being the proposed Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the first year out of the three (3)-year term to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Engineering Software [CIAC-BAC-Goods-EPA-25-02]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIAC now invites bids for the early procurement of the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and a contract period of Twelve (12) months with a provision for contract renewal (January to December 2026; January to December 2027) subject to the performance evaluation criteria set by the CIAC.
