  Description : 1) The National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through the 2026 National Expenditures Program intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Pesos Only (3,958,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement of Philippine Flags and other related supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
