To be sold per liter subject to the price of the fuel upon purchase
The billing shall depend on the prevailing pump price in the market (the price of petroleum fuel per liter, such as, gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene, as established by retailers, dealers or gas stations for the day)
To purchase fuel as long as needed and is subject to its availability of supply, and the monthly volumes may vary depending on the seasonality of operations
Shall comply with the fuel quality standards of the Department of Energy
