Description : 1) The Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) Regional Office Caraga, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Two Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Pesos Only (PhP2,277,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item.

For the purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 12 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009, the proposed budget under the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis.

Bidders shall have the option of submitting a proposal on any or all lots and evaluation and contract award will be undertaken on a per lot basis. Lots shall not be divided further into sub-lots for the purpose of bidding, evaluation and award of contract.
