Description : The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office - Cordillera Administrative Region
(DARRO-CAR), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY2026 intends to
apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE THOUSAND (P871,000.00)
PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for Procurement of Janitorial Services for CY2026 under PR No. 2025-10
156-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
The DARRO-CAR now invites bids for Procurement of Janitorial Services for CY2026
using the Section VI - Schedule of Requirement of this bidding documents. Delivery of
the Goods is required from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
