The Philippine Information Agency, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 8,154,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for EARLY PROCUREMENT OF FUEL THROUGH A FLEET CARD SYSTEM FOR THE PHILIPPINE INFORMATION AGENCY (PIA) FY 2026 PIA ITB 2025-06 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
