Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR EARLY PROCUREMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU- REGION VII SECURITY SERVICES 2026

1. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII, Banilad, Mandaue City, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2026intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 2,490,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES- REGION VII AND THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 1, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
