1) The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the FHINRP 2026 Fund intends to
apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Nine Hundred-Twelve Thousand Nine
Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and Sixty-One Centavos (Php27,912,963.61) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early
Procurement of Drugs and Medicines IB No. SB-2026-002 Bids received in excess of
the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
