Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
EARLY PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, AND UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS)

1. The PROFESSIONAL REGULATION COMMISSION REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VI (PRC RO6), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), the NGA, National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2026 intends to apply the total sum of One Million Eight Hundred Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos (Php1,804,540.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Early Procurement of Desktop Computers, Laptops, and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) (ITB No. 2026-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
