Description : 1. The Department of Education (DepEd) Schools Division of San Jose City (Nueva Ecija), through the National Expenditure Program for 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP100,000.00) being the proposed Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to eligible payments under the contract for EARLY PROCUREMENT FOR THE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS OF SCHOOLS DIVISION OF SAN JOSE CITY FOR CY2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening. The award of contract is subject to the effectivity of the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026.
