  ITB No. 2025-00-45
  1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the National Expenditure Program Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Eight Million Nine Hundred Forty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php 28,943,344.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity: Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
