  ITB No. 2025-00-44
  1) The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro Sr. Medical Center (MHARSMC), through the National Expenditure Program Fiscal Year (FY) 2026, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Six Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Eight Pesos (Php 22,623,168.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity: Supply and Delivery of Various Blood Bank Tests Reagents and Consumables. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The MHARSMC now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity: Supply and Delivery of Various Blood Bank Tests Reagents, and Consumables in accordance with the provisions of Section 12, Rule II of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA),".
