1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos and Ninety Centavos (22,999,999.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of Sutures. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
