1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Six Million Eight Hundred Ninety One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (26,891,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of Peritoneal Dialysis Supplies and Consumables. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
