  1. The Philippine Information Agency (PIA), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 1,274,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONE (1) LOT ALL-IN-ONE DESKTOP COMPUTERS AND MID-RANGE LAPTOPS ITB 2024-09-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
