1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Eight Hundred Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (22,831,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of Hemodialysis Supplies and Consumables. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
