1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Five Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (60,551,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of Blood Bank Supplies and Reagents. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
