Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ABG ANALYSIS CASSETTE/CARTRIDGE WITH USE OF MACHINE

1) The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Eighty pesos (Php 11,880,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Early Procurement Activity for the Supply and Delivery of ABG Analysis Cassette/Cartridge with Use of Machine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using THE MOST ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS RESPONSIVE BID (MEARB). Delivery of the Goods is required: For initial delivery: FIFTEEN (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and for succeeding deliveries, a schedule of delivery shall be presented in Section VI.
