The City Government of Cauayan, Isabela, through the LBP LOAN intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FORTY FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS AND FIFTY NINE CENTAVOS (Php1,644,488.59), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY (EPA) FOR THE ROAD CONCRETING WITH 12” Ø RC PIPE CROSS DRAINAGE, WING AND HEAD WALL 6” CHB WITH CATCH BASIN AT LUCAS SUBDIVISION, BARANGAY SAN FERMIN (ISU TOWER), CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA.
